This policy explains how Intilaq Systems Inc. (“Intilaq”, “we”, “us”), a corporation incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act and based in Oshawa, Ontario, collects, uses and protects personal information through this website and our products, including SoPilot Pro (app.intilaq.host) and the AI agents we operate for our business customers. We follow Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Information we collect

Account information you give us when you sign up or contact us: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, business name and billing details. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
Business content you provide to train an AI agent, such as website pages, documents, prices and policies.
Conversation data when our AI agents reply on behalf of a business customer: messages, call recordings or transcripts, and the contact details the end customer shares in the conversation.
Connected-account data from platforms you connect (for example WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube), limited to what is needed to publish content and reply to messages and comments.
Technical data such as IP address, browser type and usage logs, used for security and to keep the service working.

How we use it

To provide, operate and improve our products and the AI agents our customers configure.
To process payments, send service messages and provide support.
To protect against fraud, abuse and security incidents, and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We use third-party AI model providers to generate replies; content is shared with them only as needed to produce a reply.

Our role for business customers

When a business uses our AI agents to talk to its own customers, that business decides what information is collected and how it is used, and we process that information on its behalf. End customers who want to access or delete their data should contact the business they messaged; we will help that business respond.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run our products (such as hosting, payments, messaging platforms and AI model providers), when the business customer instructs us, or when required by law.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we protect it with access controls, encryption in transit and regular backups. Some data may be stored or processed outside Canada by our service providers.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent to marketing messages, by emailing info@intilaq.host. Users who connected a social account can also disconnect it at any time from the platform’s settings or from SoPilot.
